## Monorepo with a critical service

Review everything at `standard`, go deep on shared libraries, and use `max` on billing:

        Changes here affect every app. Flag breaking changes to exported APIs.

## Backend with migrations

## Human sign-off on infrastructure

Otto reviews, but never approves, so a human always signs off:

## Opt in, not out

Review only PRs that ask for it: turn automatic reviews off, and comment `/otto review` when you want one.
