Create a workspace, connect your code host, open a pull request, and Otto posts a native review.

Prerequisites

1

Create a workspace

Log in to fullotto.app and create your Otto workspace. When onboarding asks for a card, add one. Otto verifies it with Stripe (no charge today) and adds a $10 welcome credit so your first reviews can run. Auto-reload is on by default; you can change it before you save the card.
2

Connect your repositories

  1. In onboarding, click Connect GitHub.
  2. Install the Otto GitHub App and select the repositories Otto should access.
  3. Return to Otto. Reviews are enabled automatically for the repositories you granted.
See GitHub setup for details.
3

Open a pull request

When a pull request opens in a connected repository, Otto posts:
  • A native review verdict: approved, commented, or changes requested
  • Inline findings on changed lines, each with a P0–P3 severity
  • A Merge confidence: 1/5–5/5 score in the review summary
  • An Otto Review check (GitHub) or otto/review status (Azure Repos)
4

Talk to Otto

Reply to Otto’s inline comments to ask questions, or comment /otto re-review to review the latest commit again. See Commands.
